The Davenport Radio Amateur Club actively supports the Scott County Division of Disaster Services (EMA), and the National Weather Service, also providing communications and logistics support for a number of events throughout the year, including the Fourth of July Fire Cracker Foot Race, the Bix at Six Training Runs, the Bix Seven Road Race, and numerous other events.
